CONFEST 2022 Registration info

All fees are in Polish złotys (PLN).

Early registration deadline is August 7, 23:59 (AoE).

We encourage you to participate onsite, and to resort to online participation for important reasons only. The 'conferences + workshops onsite' fee includes:

• participation in all workshop and conference sessions,
• coffee breaks during the workshops and conferences,
• reception on Sept 13,
• banquet on Sept 14.

The conference fee does not include lunches.

All fees are to be paid by a bank transfer within two weeks after registration. Use the following transfer details:

There is no special registration fee for students, but we offer a number of grants for students and young researchers to cover the conference fee (and also accommodation). Details to be found here. If you intend to apply, please register but do not make the payment until you receive a decision concerning the grant.

Cancellation requests should be set by e-mail to confest2022@mimuw.edu.pl

• Cancellations received by Aug 15 will be eligible for registration fees refund, minus 300 PLN of administrative fee;
• Cancellations received after Aug 15 and no-shows will not be eligible for a refund;
• Requests for converting an onsite participation to an online participation will be accepted until Aug 28, and yield a refund of the price difference, minus 300 PLN of administrative fee.

All financial surplus, if any, will be allocated to financing scholarships for Ukrainian students at the University of Warsaw.
